  1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of techmayne.com, an online platform owned and operated by TechMayne. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms and conditions, you should not use techmayne.com.

You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you make available through the platform. By making any User Content available, you grant to techmayne.com a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the platform and TechMayne’s business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.

  1. User conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (a) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the platform in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated “scraping”; (b) using any automated system, including without limitation “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” etc., to access the platform in a manner that sends more request messages to the techmayne.com servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time by using a conventional on-line web browser; (c) transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email; (d) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the platform; (e) taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (f) uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the platform; (g) collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the platform; (h) using the platform for any commercial solicitation purposes; (i) impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding or attempting to hide your identity; (j) interfering with the proper working of the platform; (k) accessing any content on the platform through any technology or means other than those provided or authorized by the platform; or (l) bypassing the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the platform.

TechMayne makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on the platform. You expressly agree that your use of techmayne.com is at your sole risk. 

TechMayne does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, and TechMayne will not be liable for any interruptions or errors. TechMayne also does not warrant that the platform or its server will be free from viruses or other harmful components. 

  1. Limitation of liability

In no event shall TechMayne, its affiliates, employees, agents, contractors, successors, assigns, content providers, service providers, licensors, or other such parties be liable for any damages arising from the use of techmayne.com or any other linked website, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or other intangible losses, even if TechMayne has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TechMayne, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these terms and conditions or your use of techmayne.com.

  1. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in United States and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

TechMayne reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of techmayne.com following the posting of changes to these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

  1. Termination

These terms and conditions are effective unless and until terminated by either party. If you wish to terminate these terms and conditions, you may discontinue using techmayne.com. In addition, TechMayne may, in its sole discretion, at any time terminate or suspend all or a portion of techmayne.com, or your use of all or a portion of techmayne.com, with or without notice and with or without cause.

These terms and conditions, together with techmayne.com Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TechMayne with respect to the use of techmayne.com
