Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Notice Requirement: Customers are required to provide a minimum of 30 days’ written notice prior to the cancellation of subscription services. Failure to provide the necessary notice may result in the implementation of an early termination fee as outlined below. The notice must be sent to TechMayne via certified mail or email, with a delivery receipt requested.

  2. Early Termination Fee: In the event that a customer cancels their subscription services without providing the required 30-day notice, an early termination fee will be charged. The early termination fee amount shall be specified in the subscription agreement or communicated to the customer separately. The customer agrees to pay the early termination fee within 15 days of receiving a notice of the fee.

  3. Cancellation Process: TechMayne reserves the right to require customers to follow a specific cancellation process, which may include completing a cancellation form or providing additional documentation. Failure to comply with the cancellation process may result in delays or additional charges.

  4. Confirmation of Cancellation: Upon receipt of the cancellation notice, TechMayne will process the request and provide confirmation of the cancellation to the customer. The confirmation will include details of any outstanding charges, if applicable. The customer acknowledges that the cancellation is not effective until they receive the written confirmation from TechMayne.

  5. Settlement of Outstanding Dues: Customers are responsible for settling any outstanding balances or charges prior to the cancellation becoming effective. Failure to clear outstanding dues may result in the customer being held liable for additional fees, including collection fees or legal expenses incurred by TechMayne to recover the outstanding amount.

  6. Change of Billing Method: Customers are advised to update their billing information, if necessary, to ensure the accurate processing of any final invoices or statements. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform TechMayne of any changes to their billing address, contact information, or preferred method of payment in a timely manner.

  7. Refunds and Prorated Charges: Unless otherwise specified, subscription fees, services, or any charges made by TechMayne are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, customers may be entitled to a prorated refund for any prepaid subscription fees beyond the effective cancellation date, minus any applicable fees or charges. TechMayne reserves the right to deduct any outstanding amounts from the refund, including the early termination fee.

  8. Limitation of Liability: TechMayne shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the customer as a result of the cancellation of the subscription services, including but not limited to any interruption of service, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold TechMayne, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims or actions arising out of or in connection with the cancellation of the subscription services.
